Shop to Win! Every $10 spent in a participating business will earn you a raffle ticket when you return your receipts to the Downtown Oroville Welcome Both on the corner of Myers and Bird. This is where you will pick up your passport and return your receipts at the end of the night. The raffle winner will receive a $25 gift card for the downtown business of their choice and two tickets to our next First Friday ticketed event, Salsa Taste-Off!
