The Board of Directors of the ODBA Downtown Oroville Business Improvement District, also known as Downtown Oroville, has its General Meeting on the first Thursday of every month at Union at 9 am. 2053 Montgomery St, Oroville, CA 95965.

The Downtown Oroville Business Improvement District

The Downtown Oroville BID Association, also known as Downtown Oroville, was formed in June 2019. You can download and read the BID Proposal booklet in PDF format here.

Our Mission

To promote the prosperity of downtown small businesses through an ongoing program of promotional events, tourism marketing initiatives as a riverfront location, and improvements to the downtown environment including safety and beautification.
